Ancient Greek philosophers used to say that “The beginning is the half of the whole.” In the same way, “Studio Ioanna” is our own beginning, our starting point. It was the first building we erected, room by room, stone by stone, with great effort and pride as well, and it has since accommodated thousands of guests. A lot of them come to spend some relaxing time away from their everyday routine and their stressful reality; others want to explore the beauties of the island of Tinos -a “terra incognita” to many-, which holds on to its authenticity, resisting the destabilizing effect of mass tourism; and there are also those who seek to experience a deeper connection with Earth through the reddish-brown, rocky, captivating Tinian soil. It was this love you showed us that led us to create “Villa Ioanna”, a complex of five beautiful, luxurious vacation residences, built on a hillside embraced by the Aegean blue and the mischievous “sons” of Aeolus, the Greek god of the winds. Ioanna and her husband, Manolis, will be more than happy to welcome you and help you experience the authentic Tinian hospitality.
